Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: October 8, 2026 | Last Updated: October 8, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of mycraftpass.com and the related services operated by Craft Pass LLC (“Craft Pass,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. What Craft Pass Is

Craft Pass is a discovery platform that helps people find hands-on creative workshops in Southern California. Most workshops listed on Craft Pass are run by independent organizers, studios and venues (“Organizers”), not by Craft Pass. When you click “Book Now,” you leave Craft Pass and book directly with the Organizer or their ticketing provider, under their own terms, prices and refund policies.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Minors may attend workshops only as permitted by the Organizer and with a parent or guardian.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. Tell us right away at customerservice@mycraftpass.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Workshop Listings and Bookings

  • Listings are provided for information. We work to keep dates, prices, availability and locations accurate, but details can change and we do not guarantee them. Always confirm details on the Organizer’s booking page before you book.
  • Craft Pass is not a party to any booking, payment or agreement between you and an Organizer. Questions about tickets, payments, cancellations, refunds and the workshop itself should go to the Organizer.
  • Sold-out or ended badges, reminders and notifications are provided as a convenience and may not always be current or delivered.

4. Organizers

If you submit a workshop listing, you confirm that you have the right to list it, that the information is accurate, and that the workshop complies with applicable laws, permits and safety requirements. You grant Craft Pass a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, format and promote your listing content, including images, on the Services and in Craft Pass marketing. Craft Pass may review, edit for formatting, decline, feature, or remove any listing at its discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, infringing, unlawful or offensive content
  • Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or interfere with the security or operation of the Services
  • Scrape, copy or resell the Services or listings in bulk without our written permission
  • Use the Services to send spam or unsolicited messages

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Craft Pass disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Craft Pass does not control, endorse or guarantee the quality, safety or legality of any workshop, Organizer or venue. Participation in any workshop is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Craft Pass LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from workshops, bookings, payments or interactions with Organizers. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last Updated” date, and notify account holders of material changes by email. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
